His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said inaugurates the Oman LNG plant at Qalhat, Sur

1994 Oman LNG LLC was established by Royal Decree of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said		1995 The coastal town of Qalhat, Sur, is chosen as the location of the Oman LNG plant		1996 Korea Gas Corporation and Oman LNG sign a long-term Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA)

1997 First Annual Oman LNG Day celebrated		1998 Oman LNG and Osaka Gas sign a long- term Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA)		1999 First LNG production train ready for start-up

2000 First LNG cargo exported in April 2000		2001 The ISO Certification of Key Business Processes is awarded		2002 First nine million man-hours without LTI achieved

2003 The head office in Muscat inaugurated		2004 Oman LNG becomes a shareholder in Qalhat LNG		2005 500^th LNG cargo exported
